Hip Crossovers

Crossing your hips exercises will help you advance your power and movement on the golf course. It is effective in giving individual control among your shoulders and pelvis while developing better accuracy when hitting the ball.

  • To perform the hip crossover, start by laying on your back and placing your knees upwards to a 90-degree angle. Hold your feet and legs together and your shoulders firmly on the surface.
  • While in this position, cross your legs at the hip up until the point they reach the ground on one side and then once again on the other.
  • Do 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions.
